    BELT BUCKLE
    It Measures Approx. 3.5" x 2.25"
    This buckle is made of fine pewter.
    Manufactured by Spec Cast of Rockford, IL
    It features the Engine Works building, a tractor, a combine and an engine on the front of buckle.  The back has the Engine Works mission statement inscribed.  These buckles were given to employees of the Engine Works Factory.
    Buckle is in new but does have a small stain on bottom center & a scuff mark just above 1976.  Both from handling.  I did not try to clean it.
